Reno Pros assisted in a full home renovation that I completed and did an incredible job. They were responsible for replacing all interior/exterior doors and jambs, baseboards/casings, installation of kitchen cabinets, mouldings and all vanities, custom closets, custom built-ins, installing all handles throughout home, etc. The quality of the work was exceptional and the attention to detail was always apparent. Mark, the finishing carpenter that completed the majority of the work, was extremely detail oriented, friendly and always did exactly what was right, not necessarily what was the fastest solution (which can be hard to find sometimes). He also highlighted things I should consider doing or why I should do things a certain way - the foresight was extremely valuable. Lloyd was my main contact for the job and was always available to discuss changes or answer questions and promptly called me back if we missed each other. This communication is absolutely key when undertaking such a renovation. They were patient in working with other trades in the property and never made an issue over the small items (also something that can be hard to find). Lastly, the price for the work was fair and the final quote replicated the original quote with no additional charges for petty things that are expected to be taken care of. Overall an excellent experience and I'd highly recommend working with Reno Pros for your renovation.
